R U OK? is a national charity whose vision is a world where we’re all connected and protected from suicide. Their mission is to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with people around them and support anyone struggling with life.
At SNP, we’re looking out for each other by encouraging the importance of regular, meaningful conversations.
Life’s struggles don’t clock off when we clock on at work. It’s our responsibility to ensure all SNP employees are happy and healthy.
To support R U OK? Day, SNP teams nationally hosted morning tea to encourage the simple but important question – “Are you ok?”
Teams were also provided with information on our Employee Assistance Program and counselling services that are available for all SNP employees.
Our goal is to foster a safe and supportive work environment where employees not only feel comfortable addressing issues of depression and anxiety, but are also empowered to help each other.
Join us, and start a conversation to help a workmate chat about the things that might be pulling them down.
