We use GPRS technology for patrol verification, allowing us to provide real-time reporting on sites throughout NSW. Our workforce also uses sophisticated electronic surveillance, mobile devices and smart phone technology to report and manage graffiti and other incidents.

Modern Management and Training

SNP is always streamlining its internal processes to provide outstanding results for our clients. One of the most effective developments has been the introduction of our workforce management system, Microster. Our services staff clock on and off using techniques such as biometric clocks, IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and SMS in order to provide more accurate data and improve time management for teams.

Our industry-leading training facility at Sydney Airport has led us to deliver specialised training programs in countries such as Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, on invitation by the Australian Government.
