Our ground breaking joint venture with Telstra SNP Monitoring will provide Australians with unprecedented access to quality service and security solutions. We both take a collaborative approach to improvement by encouraging new ideas and feedback. This is underlined by our online STAR Rewards program, which recognises employees and their ideas for improvement, in accordance with our values. Our managers also have access to an internal leadership program entitled, “Your Future Starts Now”, aimed at driving innovation and creativity across the business.

As a result of our efforts SNP has been presented with several awards for innovation over recent years.
In 2012 we received the NSW Business Chamber’s Roger Pysden Business Innovation Award for Excellence: an acknowledgement of our significant investments to transform the security industry with education, training and an emphasis on customer service. At the NSW Business Chamber State Awards in 2014, recognising our culture of innovation and the announcement of Telstra SNP Monitoring.
