We recently held another successful quarterly STAR Awards ceremony at our Head Office in Sydney. At SNP, our people are our strength. We work together as one united team to always deliver the best possible results.
The quarterly ceremony recognises employees for demonstrating SNP’s company values, as nominated by their peers and managers. Five core values resonate strongly at SNP – Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Leadership and Growth and Development.
Our high performers this quarter were recognised for their outstanding teamwork and contributions in the workplace.
Bronze Award Winner Rostering Team – National Operations
This team were recognised for their day to day efforts to cover unplanned changes in staff availability, to ensure that shifts are filled and the business can operate effectively.
Silver Award Winner Dhulwa Mental Health Unit Transition Team
This team were acknowledged for receiving extremely complimentary feedback from the client, during and post transition, in a complex and challenging service environment.
Silver Award Winner Coca Cola Amatil Transition Team
This team contributed to the success of a massive national transition and commencement of live operation. Their efforts produced a very positive result in a demanding timeframe based on internal and client feedback.
Gold Award Winner Safety Accreditation Team
This team lead SNP’s recent certification to the safety standards AS/NZ 4801 and OHSAS 18001 nationally. This was a huge achievement considering the enormity of the task and the challenges it entailed.
