We are committed to developing our employees Customer Service skills through the SNP Learning Academy while continuing to deliver innovative products and services to all of our valued customers.
SNP’s Learning Academy is a centralised portal that offers a blended learning solution: face to face training, online courses, and other resources. It is a tool that will assist employees to enhance their skills and knowledge and help understand what behaviours are required to succeed in their current and future roles.
