SNP leaders gathered from branches across the country at the PARKROYAL in Parramatta recently for the unveiling of our FY18-20 strategy.
The day was an opportunity to gain insight into the business’ performance over the last financial year and to discuss our strategic plan for the future. The theme of the day focused on three key areas – ‘Governance. Growth. Engage.’
We were fortunate to be joined by Neil Fergus – Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Intelligent Risks Group. Neil shared key information on the importance of heightened security during unprecedented times of emerging terrorism threats. We look forward to applying this knowledge and further embedding it as part of our FY18-20 strategic focus.
Paul Retter – Chief Executive and Commissioner at the National Transport Commission and SNP Board member discussed governance as a priority within organisations.
“Governance is not just about company Directors and Senior Executives. Good governance regimes rely on all leaders and managers identifying and managing key business risks on a regular basis, having effective reporting arrangements in place and clarity over how incidents/changes in risk profile are to be dealt with in a timely and effective manner.”
We would like to thank everyone who helped make the day a success. We are the sum of our people, and the participation of our leaders at this year’s SNP Strategy Day demonstrates our strong internal culture.
