One of our core focuses at SNP is to empower our employees to constantly learn and develop their skills. Through our National SNP Learning Academy, we recently held a Customer Experience workshop in Canberra for members of our frontline team.
12 participants took part in the training, attending from various client sites including ACT Health, Old Parliament House, Office of National Assessment, National Gallery of Australia, Department of Fishers & Forestry and Canberra Airport.
The workshop covered the fundamentals of Customer Experience and how to deliver exceptional levels of service at SNP. Through a range of work-related group activities and role-plays, employees practiced newly learned techniques and were taught how to apply these new skills in their roles.
