SNP Security is proud to deliver security services for 3 landmark retail buildings in Sydney - the Queen Victoria Building, The Galleries Victoria and Strand Arcade - managed by Ipoh Pty Ltd. 

Three of the key retail localities in the Sydney CBD, these buildings encompass approximately 200 individual retail outlets, along with public thoroughfares to the Sydney rail network. All sites experience a high volume of patronage with the associated complexity of security issues that arise.

SNP Security Officers deliver a range of services, from customer service to smooth management of the loading docks, retail security and liaison with police, to control room operations.

An emphasis is placed on customer service, in line with the high-end retail experience offered.  Guards are carefully selected, demonstrating a high level of inter-personal skills.
