About Us

Established in 1923, SNP Security is a long-term partner with a deep understanding of the Australian security landscape.  Owned and operated by the founding Roche family, our commitment to service excellence and safeguarding Australian business has remained constant for over 85 years.

Like any business that succeeds in the long term, it hasn’t happened by accident. SNP Security is ranked 286th in the BRW list of Australia’s top 500 private companies, and was a finalist in the BRW Private Business of the Year 2009. Now the largest, privately owned security enterprise in Australia, SNP Security continually reinvests into the company, to ensure we secure the best infrastructure and personnel available.

  1. We decided that whilst other security companies choose to have just one Monitoring Centre, SNP Security would build and resource two. Why? Because then we can guarantee a continuity of observation that others cannot. Our systems are capable of transferring Centre operations instantly so that if we experience downtime, there is zero gap in the service to you.
  2. Additionally, our Centres are fully integrated with SNP Security’s patrol service, for the absolutely fastest response. SNP Security has developed a new software solution, Automated Response Tracking (ART), which links the mobile patrol officers back to our Monitoring Centres. Patrol responses are tracked within the Centres, with regular reporting checks.
  3. Lastly, the range of our security services are unsurpassed in our industry - guard services, monitoring, electronic security, mobile patrols, aviation security, are just a fraction of those that we currently offer.
